Hi there, I can't wait to meet you
I’m Unna, the founder of UNNA Movement and principal Exercise Physiologist.
For me, the practice of exercise physiology and the ongoing support of my clients is an energising way to spend a working day. Many of my clients naturally gravitate towards my practice and care - it is wonderful.
My path of care has been sculpted by years of experience. From my early years as a porter and physiotherapy assistant at a major rehabilitation hospital through to university qualifications, research and training across various hospital departments, to my current mode of practice and lecturing.
Technically, I define my approach in a neuroplasticity model of rehabilitation, where the strength of skilled intuition towards the psychology of the client, is at its most powerful.
